What Is My Design Process?
Initial Consultation:
We start with a detailed conversation to understand your needs, goals, and vision for your project. This helps me gather all the information necessary to create a design that truly represents your needs. For this, please come prepared with any existing materials, ideas, or examples that might help convey your preferences.
Proposal and Agreement:
After our consultation, I’ll provide a proposal outlining the project scope, deliverables, and timeline. This is where we’ll agree on the specifics of the design work. Once we agree on the details, I’ll send a contract for review and signature to formalize our agreement. This ensures both parties are clear on expectations and responsibilities.
Design Development:
I’ll begin working on initial design concepts based on our discussions. You will receive these concepts for review and feedback. You can provide feedback and request revisions to ensure the design aligns with your vision.
Finalization:
Once you’re satisfied with the design, I’ll prepare the final deliverables. This includes making any final adjustments as per your approval.
How Will My Designs Be Delivered?
All designs are delivered electronically via email in the formats agreed upon. By default, I will provide the files in JPEG and PDF formats.
Once your project is delivered, I’m here to assist with any questions. Please note that further changes needed after the project is complete may incur additional charges.
How Do Payments Work?
Initial Payment: $150 covers the first 2 hours of work. This is required upfront to start the project and is non-refundable.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due before the final product is delivered. This is based on the total project cost minus the initial $150 payment.
What Are Your Rates?
My rate is $75 per hour. I strive to offer fair pricing for all custom design services.
How Do You Handle Revisions?
Revisions are part of the design process. I work closely with you to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Given the nature of custom digital design work, I require a non-refundable down payment of $150. The remaining balance can be refunded if the project is canceled before the final product is delivered.
